What delivery options do I have? Standard UK Delivery (1-3 Working Days)

We are unable to ship to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man.

How can I track my parcel?

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a shipment confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. Please note that it can take some days before the tracking information is uploaded. You will also be able to track your order under ‘Orders’ when you log in at My Account.

Undeliverable parcels

If unable to deliver a package according to your chosen delivery option it will automatically be returned to COLD LAUNDRY.

Returns and Exchanges

We sincerely hope you are happy with your COLD LAUNDRY purchase, however in the unfortunate event that you do change your mind we can offer you an exchange or a refund providing the goods are returned within a 14 day period in an unworn and unused condition.

Pleas note that there are no returns on Sale Items.

Please also note that returns are currently not free and it will be the full duty of the customer to pay for the return of any item bought with us. Please also be aware that we will not take any responsibility for items lost during transit and strongly recommend all returns to be sent by recorded delivery.

Cancelation regarding your online orders should be cancelled within 24 hours of your order.
